Il
GT1 è un sistema di lamiere curve utilizzato per coperture e
raccordi nell’edilizia industriale.
Il sistema GT1 per copertura permette di risolvere il problema delle
vecchie coperture curve dei capannoni industriali; le lamiere
“microtacchettate” vengono realizzate con il
medesimo raggio di curvatura del tetto esistente e quindi risultano
perfettamente coerenti con la struttura.
Le lamiere GT1, prodotte con gli stessi materiali, colori e profili dei
pannelli, possono essere utilizzate come colmo nelle coperture e come
elementi di raccordo tra parete e copertura o tra parete e zoccolo.
Garantiscono una sicura tenuta all’acqua ed al vento e
vengono applicate alle strutture con gli stessi fissaggi dei pannelli o
delle lamiere. Non necessitano di lattonerie, grondaie, pluviali e
tamponi di sigillatura. Assicurano una maggior durata nel tempo, una
minore manutenzione ed una notevole riduzione dei tempi e dei costi di
posa e finitura.
GT1
is a curved sheet system utilised for roofing and connections in
industrial building.
The GT1 system for roofing solves the problem of the old curved roofs
of industrial sheds, the “micro notched” sheets are
made with the same radius of curvature as the existing roof so they are
perfectly in line with the structure.
The GT1 sheets, made with the same materials, colours and shapes as the
panels can be used as the ridge on roofing and as connecting elements
between the wall and roof or between the wall and skirting. They are
water and wind-proof and are applied to structures with the same
fixings as the panels or sheets. No sheet metal connections, gutters,
down-pipes or sealing plugs are required. They guarantee a longer life,
less maintenance and a considerable reduction in time and costs for
installing and finishing.

Bausektor für Dächer und Zwischenstücke
verwendet wird.
Dank des Systems GT1 können zahlreiche Probleme in Bezug auf
alte Bedachungen von Fabrikhallen gelöst werden. Die mit
Mikroeinkerbungen versehenen Bleche weisen denselben Radius des bereits
vorhandenen Daches auf und passen sich demnach perfekt der Struktur an.
Die Bleche GT1, die aus denselben Materialien und Farben sowie mit
denselben Profilen der Paneele und der Bleche hergestellt sind,
können sowohl als Dachfirst als auch als
Zwischenstück für Wand und Dach oder Wand und Sockel
angewendet werden. Sie sind absolut wasser-und windbeständig
und werden mit denselben Befestigungssystemen, die für die
Paneele oder Bleche verwendet werden, an der Struktur befestigt.
Zusätzliche Blech- und Abdichtungselemente sowie Regenrinnen
sind demzufolge nicht erforderlich. Sie sind dauerhaft,
wartungsfreundlich und können schnell und problemlos
angebracht werden, was sich als vorteilhaft auf die Einsparung von
Kosten auswirkt.
