HONEYCOMB POLYCARBONATE: Makrolon® multi longlife designs a programme of multi-wall sheet products with excellent thermal insulation properties. By increasing the number of walls (double, triple or quadruple wall) the insulating capacity improves automatically. Another quality is that it is a unilateral, long-life, protective cladding. The Makrolon® multi longlife sheets are resistant to UV rays and atmospheric agents: not even hailstones can break through this extra strong material. The sheets can be cold curved or hot shaped.

In the version with the Makrolon® multi “no drop” treatment, condensate water spreads over the surface of the sheet to form a continuous film. This means no dripping and transparency is intact. In addition, the surface stays cleaner because there are no rings or marks that drops of water normally leave.

In the longlife IQ version, thanks to an “intelligent” coating, the sheet adapts automatically to outdoor climatic conditions creating a pleasant and comfortable climate indoors, whether there is sun or cloud outside. These special sheets reflect the sun’s rays and reduce the accumulation of heat inside by more than 46%.

In der Ausführung Makrolon ® multi mit "no drop" Behandlung verteilt sich das Kondenswasser in einem gleichmässigen Film auf der Oberfläche der Platten. Es entstehen keine Tropfen und die Durchsichtigkeit bleibt erhalten. Darüber hinaus bleibt die Oberfläche sauber, da die Ränder, die durch die Wassertropfen normalerweise entstehen, vermieden werden.

Dank einer "intelligenten" Beschichtung passt sich die Platte in der Version longlife IQ automatisch den äusseren, klimatischen Konditionen an und schafft ein internes angenehmes und behagliches Raumklima, unabhängig davon, ob der Tag sonnig oder wolkig ist.
