raggi ultravioletti.
Il rivestimento protettivo UV viene applicato sulla superficie delle
lastre in
policarbonato lisce o goffrate.
Questa protezione aumenta la resistenza all'esposizione prolungata agli
agenti
atmosferici garantendo così
una lunga vita tecnica. Non si verificano fenomeni di ingiallimento,
né alterazione
dei colori e le lastre
mantengono pertanto la loro brillantezza. Tutte le lastre possono
essere formate
a caldo e a freddo senza
problemi, sono facili da lavorare e da stampare.
MAKROLON®
MONO DURA
comprende un assortimento di lastre con superficie resistente
ai graffi e agli
agenti chimici. Il rivestimento sui due lati aumenta la durevolezza,
migliora
la stabilità ai raggi UV e la resistenza
agli agenti atmosferici. Le lastre in policarbonato estremamente
resistenti presentano
una durezza simile
al vetro abbinata alla resistenza e resilienza tipica del
policarbonato. Le lastre
Makrolon® mono dura non
possono essere curvate a freddo.

The high transparency and smooth surface make this an ideal material
for many
different uses. These sheets offer great
shock resistance and are guaranteed for temperatures ranging from
–100
to +120°C. The polycarbonate sheets, available
in different thicknesses, can be shaped hot and cold and are easy to
work with.
MAKROLON®
MONO LONGLIFE is
distinguished for its greater protection against
ultraviolet rays. The UV protective
coating is applied on the plain or embossed surface of the
polycarbonate sheets.
This protection increases resistance to prolonged
exposure to atmospheric agents which guarantees a long technical life.
There
is no yellowing or change in the
colours – the sheets do, in fact, maintain their brilliance.
All sheets
can be hot or cold shaped with no problem, they are easy
to work with and press.
MAKROLON®
MONO DURA includes an
assortment of sheets with scratch- and chemical
proof-surfaces. The coating on
both sides increases hardness, improves stability to UV rays and
resistance to
atmospheric agents. These highly resistant
polycarbonate sheets are extremely hard, quite similar to glass,
combined with
the resistance and resilience typical of
polycarbonate. The Makrolon® mono dura sheets cannot be bent
cold.

® MONO LONGLIFE
zeichnet sich durch einen hohen ultravioletten Strahlenschutz
aus. Die UV Schutzschicht
wird auf die Oberfläche der glatten oder geriffelten
Polykarbonat-Platten
aufgetragen. Dieser Schutz erhöht den
Widerstand den Witterungseinflüssen gegenüber und
garantiert eine lange
technische Lebensdauer. Es treten weder
Farbveränderungen noch ein Vergilben auf – die
Platten behalten ihre
Leuchtkraft. Alle Platten können problemlos kalt oder
warm geformt werden und sind leicht zu verarbeiten und zu drucken.
MAKROLON®
MONO DURA umfasst ein
Plattensortiment, dessen Oberfläche
kratzfest und gegen chemische Substanzen
widerstandsfähig ist. Die beidseitige Beschichtung
verlängert die Lebensdauer,
erhöht die Resistenz gegen UV-Strahlen und
Witterungseinflüsse. Die extrem widerstandsfähigen
Polykarbonatplatten
bieten eine dem Glas ähnliche Härte, verbunden
mit der Resistenz und typischen Kerbschlagzähigkeit des
Polykarbonates.
Die Platten Makrolon® mono dura können nicht
kalt gebogen werden.
